High Concrete Group LLC has introduced ThinCastTM, the thinnest precast concrete rainscreen panel available on the market. Designed for use in commercial, institutional, retail, and low- to high-rise construction, this innovation provides architects with the natural beauty and character of concrete in lightweight panels that accomplish their rainscreen design goals.
TeeCurb System Storm Water Deflector is a continuously sealed, economical, surface-applied channel that guides storm water toward drains and away from double tee ends. The simple, aesthetically pleasing design provides a lightweight yet structurally secure alternative to precast concrete curbs, or washes. TeeCurb System installation is engineered to maintain tight closure. Easily installed on site with standard tools.

Base channel:
• .75" tall x 1.5" wide x 120" lengths of solid aluminum with 5/16" diameter
clear holes for fasteners.
• Formed 3003 h14 alloy/temper aluminum shapes; custom sizes are available.
Lite wall closure:
• Same material as the base channel used at lite wall closure
• An additional aluminum angle is butted against the base channel at lite wall openings to reduce the opening sizes as dictated by code. Lengths cut to size to fit in between vertical edges of the light wall opening.
Seal gasket:
• 1" thick compressible PVC closed cell foam gasket is field-applied below the base channel to water flow under the deflector.
• One-sided peel and stick adhesive adhered to a 6 lb/cu ft density foam tape.
• Flexible material will compress and provides a reliable seal at as little as 30% compression.
• Splice detail: .063” thick formed 3003 h14 solid aluminum formed metal deflector captures end joints and allows for a continuous closure even with live load movement and thermal expansion.
