Precast building projects tend to run smoothly because of the forethought and planning of the project participants. Usually there are far fewer RFIs, errors and redos than in site-built projects because team members have worked out key details early on in the project. To help prepare you for a smooth-running project we offer these technical resources.

Design Tools and Resources offers examples of 3D modeling based that can be based on BIM and other inputs. A list of precast companion products is also included.

Technical Specs and Documentation is where you'll find CAD details and guide specifications that you can customize with your project info and print, save or email in PDF, Word and HTML formats.
