Precast Concrete Walls Are a Cost-Effective Design and Construction Solution

Our wall panel systems are also designed to be a cost-effective solution. Their low maintenance and lifecycle costs can offer substantial savings over the long term. The fact that the walls are manufactured off-site in a factory-controlled environment can allow you to speed up your construction schedule, resulting in faster structure completion and revenue-generating availability than is offered by on-site cast-in-place and outdoor precast processes.

Precast Concrete Walls Are Environmentally Friendly

In these times when concern about protection and preservation of natural resources is paramount, it’s good to know that our wall panel systems are environmentally friendly. Their high thermal mass can help you save energy, with the added benefit of lowering your energy costs.

Designers Can Also Benefit from Our Wall Panel Systems

Designers will enjoy the benefit of having an incredible variety of options regarding texture, color, and form, as well as the flexibility and freedom to create brighter and more open building interiors. As an added service, High Concrete Group can evaluate your drawings and make useful suggestions for improvements.

Options

Varying thicknesses – interior and exterior wythes are typically 1-3/4” thick. The exterior wythe can be thickened to accommodate architectural details.

Shapes – an assortment of architectural elements such as cornices, bullnoses and reveals can be cast into the concrete carefully and cost-efficiently.

Embedded finishes and veneers – stone, tile and thin brick can also be used as well as simulated limestone or granite.

Panel orientation – typical orientation will be horizontal; vertical orientation is possible.

Prefinished interior wythe – a steel-trowel treatment during manufacturing imparts a smooth, durable, surface ready for paint or wallcovering and is ideal for applications such as dormitories and apartments.

Grouted connection tubes – prefabricated plastic forms, fit into foundations and panels to facilitate connection (www.highconcreteaccessories.com)
