Exterior architectural spandrels serve as both structure and finished enclosure in the MEGA-SPAN™ building system. Structural Spandrels eliminate the costly and time-consuming structural, erection and enclosure redundancies found in all other types of building systems. Spandrels are available in many shapes and sizes and can accommodate strip or punched windows. And, Structural Spandrels can be made in every precast color and finish—from smooth to exposed aggregate. Exteriors can also be cast to match other materials such as rusticated stone, using custom form liners. They can also be cast to receive brick or granite or other stone veneers.

MEGA-SPAN's modular bays let you create an unlimited number of building footprints—including squares and rectangles, "L", "T" and "Z" shapes—or even stepped, angled or curved shapes. And, you can easily incorporate atriums, stepped-back facades and other design features into your plans.

While all MEGA-SPAN buildings will provide superior performance, buildings with long spanning efficient 45' x 55' bays (as in the plan shown to the left) will achieve the biggest cost and schedule advantages—no matter how tall they are.
