Completed October 1999. 

Three of the four elevations were veiled in a stainless steel, woven wire fabric screen.  The exterior spandrels feature stainless steel, cast-in hardware plates that secure the screen.

Along with the abolve aesthetics, a totally open stairway was achieved by using precast "tree" columns that allow the exterior to be covered in glass curtain wall.
