| The distinguishing attributes of this parking facility are numerous. Architecturally, the design firm was challenged to develop a compatible structure to adjacent office buildings. Cathers & Associates designed a one level deck with 45' bays to accommodate the surroundings. They used feature rustication in the exterior elements and capped the columns with a pyramid piece. All exterior pieces have a sandblast finish.
One side of the garage is entered from the street level while the other side is accessed from the ground level, eliminating any need for an interior drainage system. This feature saved the owner significant dollars and added parking spaces.
