High Concrete Technology is the region's premier custom manufacturer of architectural and custom structural precast concrete products for owners, developers, general contractors, and architects. High Concrete Technology has consistently pioneered many of the industry's most innovative, technically advanced architectural precast concrete solutions since 1969. Headquartered in Springboro, Ohio, High Concrete Technology has been employee owned and operated since 1993. In 1999, we opened our Paxton, Illinois, plant to better serve existing customers and to expand our service throughout the mid-west. Both plants are PCI Certified! This assures the building's owner long term durability, excellent weatherability and proper fit.

WHAT WE DO
High Concrete Technology is recognized throughout the industry for providing unique solutions for the most complex and challenging projects. While the vast majority of what we manufacture is "high end" architectural precast components, we also manufacture custom formed large wall panels and special structural components for applications such as control towers, stadiums, arenas, and many others.

We have continually led the way in industry: innovations such as custom-designed form liners, unique shapes, exposed aggregate, sandblasted finishes and acid etched surface treatments. Certified by the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute since 1985, we have successfully completed more than 1,500 projects since 1969. We're proud of our ability to meet our clients' needs from straightforward, economy-driven solutions to complex, innovative designs.

Molds used to cast the concrete products are made in the Company's form shop by highly skilled craftsmen. Depending on the product shape and number of mold re-uses, either wood, steel, fiberglass or concrete materials are used to produce close tolerance molds. High Concrete Technology has been a pioneer in developing such innovations as custom designed form liners, exposed aggregate, and sandblasted finishes as well as acid washed surface treatments. Multi-part casting techniques are used routinely to insure high quality surface finishes. Some of the most modern and innovative sandblasting equipment available is employed permitting finishing operations to keep pace with production schedules, and to assure the uniform surface finishing. In addition to these numerous aesthetic capabilities, High Concrete Technology has been a national leader in developing computer generated, critical path project scheduling, individual project management attention, full-time field finishing specialists, as well as custom designed delivery equipment for oversize panels. These capabilities combine to provide our customers with on-time high quality, cost competitive products.
