Ms. Sweitzer is responsible to lead all policy deployment and continuous improvement activities in the Mid-Atlantic region.

A resident of Landisville, Ms. Sweitzer joined High in 2006. She holds Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. Ms. Sweitzer is an Engineer-in-Training (EIT), a member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers and Toastmasters, and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
