Melvin D. Pullen, Jr. is responsible for the overall operating effectiveness, strategy, and leadership of High Concrete Group LLC. He most recently served as Vice President of Estimating and Construction Services.

Mr. Pullen has over 12 years’ construction and business experience. He joined High in 2005 and has held positions of project manager, director of project management and director of engineering and project management. Previously Mr. Pullen worked in estimating, project engineering and project management with P.J. Dick Inc of Pittsburgh, Pa.

Mr. Pullen earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a Masters of Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology. In addition, he is a PCI Certified Field Auditor and is certified as a Fall Protection Qualified Person through Gravitec Systems Inc.
