Matthew G. Mahonski is responsible for building on the company’s continuous improvement foundation, garnering co-worker involvement and executing ongoing action plans developed through SMED events, 6S and other initiatives to enhance key process indicators.

Prior to joining High Concrete Group, Mr. Mahonski was part of CNH America LLC, in New Holland, Pa., where he was world class manufacturing plant leader responsible for leading the implementation of processes to eliminate waste and reduce operating costs, while improving safety, quality and labor performance. Previously he was employed by Toyota Motor Manufacturing in various roles including manufacturing specialist and a CCR production group leader at Toyota’s Georgetown, KY facility.

Mr. Mahonski earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology.
