Tom A. Holmes serves as vice president, sales, for High Concrete Group with more than 25 years experience in the precast concrete industry. During his career, Mr. Holmes has held positions of president, and vice president of sales and marketing and has managed sales of more than $1 billion of precast concrete. 

Mr. Holmes is a co-holder of patents for the tilt-frame transporter, which enables safe hauling of 15-and 16-foot wide double tees without the use of escort vehicles.  A member of the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) board of directors, he currently serves as chairman of the PCI marketing committee. He is an active member of the PCI research and development committee, the technical activities committee, and the continuing education committee. 

Mr. Holmes lectures at Albright University where he is a marketing panel discussion moderator. Mr. Holmes is a past president of the Mid-Atlantic Precast Association.  A graduate of Bowling Green State University, Holmes earned his Bachelor of Arts in marketing.
